Rent

We rent out our house, and we expect that you take good care of it. The house is 100% in order and will be handed over by the caretaker, who lives 50 meters away in the same street. The caretaker provides a brief introduction to the house, garage, pool etc.. And then it is just to relax. The pool inspection and care of the pool is done throughout the year by the caretakers, so it’s always in super shape.

RATES 2024
A  29/6-17/8 (week 27-28-29-30-31-32-33): 1800 €
B  22/6-29/6 and 17/8-31/8 (week 26-34-35): 1300 €
C  25/5-22/6 (week 22-23-24-25): 800 €
C  31/8-21/9 (week 36-37-38): 800 €.
D  Other season: 600 € [Easter (week 13) and Autumn (week 42): Increased price]

Rates are per week and include electricity, gas and water in periods of A-B-C.
In period D you pay for gas by meter (gas boiler / central heating)
Special price on long-term rental: 10% discount on 3 weeks, longer by arrangement.
(Increased deposit by long-term rental.)

RENTAL CONDITIONS
* Rental period from Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 10:00 (or by appointment, if pssible.)
* The property must not be used by any other person or persons than agreed with the landlord.
* Tenant shall deliver the house in clean condition.
* Bed linen, towels, dish cloths and tea towels should be brought.
(Bed linen, towels etc. might be rented by special arrangement.)
* Pool: Follow safety instructions, watch yourself and watch the pool.
* Non-smoking house – only smoking outside.

PAYMENT
At reservation you have to pay € 200 per week and deposit € 400 – a total of 600 € for one week. The balance has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If canceled within 2 months before arrival: Full return minus € 200. Later than 2 months before arrival: Only refund of deposit. (Re-rented house: Full return minus € 200.)
